  Just bought a bed and couch - $1000+ dollars to be exact. Got the bed and it literally was like I was sleeping on a rock. This was nothing like the bed I was shown. I decided to invest in this company because I felt like I was taken care of. While I don't blame this on the sales person because she was phenomenal; I have a huge issue with a company that advertises a return policy and then denies it. Additionally, my couch came to my apartment with the dust cover ripped and a staple showing. So disappointed and will never buy from this company again. I'm all about sales and I understand where my responsibility as a consumer comes into play. But do not come at me with attitude and disregard my concern after I just invested over $1000 dollars in your company. I will go somewhere else next time.
