- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 11, 2019, by Samantha EcholsAbsolutely horrible customer service. We rented tuxedos from them for a wedding. Shoes were small, some tuxedos were too tight. My son's pants were about 5 inches too short. They messed up on every single person's order, about 11 total. Do NOT go to them.
