They pay a better wage than most grocery/cashier positions and you can tell by the way the workers work, that they earn every dollar. Also, the cart locks with quarters as keys is probably the smartest incentive to return your own cart is beyond our time man, these guys are from the future to show us how a well established grocery store operates.
